Cam Gray Support Services is a dedicated adult social care provider registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and proudly serving individuals and families across the West Midlands. Founded in 2022, we have been delivering compassionate, person-centred care since our very first day — and under our new management, we are taking that commitment to an entirely new level.
We believe that every person deserves to live with dignity, independence and choice. A New Chapter of Excellence
In recent times, Cam Gray Support Services has welcomed a new management team — a group of seasoned professionals who bring decades of combined experience in adult social care, healthcare operations, and service development. This transition marks an exciting and ambitious new chapter for the organisation.
Our new leadership arrived with a clear and uncompromising vision: to build on the foundations already in place and elevate every aspect of how we deliver care. From the way we recruit and train our staff, to the systems we use to monitor quality and ensure compliance, every element of our operation has been reviewed, strengthened and reimagined.
This is not change for its own sake. It is purposeful, evidence-driven transformation — driven by a genuine determination to be among the very best care providers in the region.
What Has Changed Under New Management
Since the transition, we have made significant investments across the business. Our training programmes have been completely overhauled to reflect the latest best practice guidance from Skills for Care. We have introduced robust quality assurance frameworks, strengthened our safeguarding processes, and built out a management structure that gives every member of our team the support they need to deliver outstanding care every day.
We have also deepened our engagement with the communities we serve — working more closely with local authorities, NHS partners, families and advocacy groups to ensure our services genuinely reflect the needs of the people who rely on us.

Our Leadership Team
The new management team at Cam Gray Support Services brings together expertise from across the health and social care sector. Between them, our leaders have held senior positions in domiciliary care, supported living, NHS community services and social work — giving us a depth of insight and experience that directly benefits the people we support.
This is a team that leads from the front. Our managers are visible, accessible and deeply invested in the quality of every service we deliver. They understand the challenges that families face when arranging care, and they are committed to making the experience of working with Cam Gray Support Services as smooth, reassuring and positive as possible.

Safeguarding and Safety
The safety and wellbeing of every person in our care is our absolute first priority. We operate robust safeguarding procedures that meet and exceed the requirements of the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005. All of our staff receive comprehensive safeguarding training before they begin supporting service users, and our safeguarding lead is always available to provide guidance and oversight.
Working With Families
Arranging care for a loved one is one of the most significant decisions a family will ever make. It can feel overwhelming, emotional and uncertain — especially if it is the first time a family has navigated the care system.
We are here to make that process as clear and supportive as possible. From your very first conversation with us, you will find a team that listens without judgement, explains everything in plain language, and takes the time to understand your family’s specific situation before making any recommendations.
Once care is in place, we maintain close communication with families — keeping them informed about their loved one’s wellbeing, involving them in care reviews, and being honest and proactive if any concerns arise. You will never be left wondering.

Cam Gray Support Services is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission — the independent regulator of health and social care in England. CQC registration means that we meet the fundamental standards of quality and safety that every care provider is required to uphold.
